Troubleshoot Workspace Email Domains

My Google Workspace domains aren’t behaving as expected and I need a fresh set of expert eyes on them. The immediate priority is to get every record—MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and any relevant TXT or CNAME—properly updated so they propagate without delay and verify on the first pass. Alongside that, I want to streamline day-to-day management tasks: adding or removing individual email accounts as staff join or leave, and configuring reliable forwarding rules for a few shared inboxes.

Here’s what a successful hand-off looks like for me:

• Correct DNS entries published, verified, and propagating globally
• Any legacy or conflicting records cleaned up
• A concise walkthrough (screenshots or short Loom clip is fine) showing where you made changes and how I can repeat basic updates myself
• Forwarders and new/deleted accounts tested and working end-to-end
