Teach how to migrate Mailboxes to Microsoft 365

I'm looking for an experienced professional to teach me how to migrate mailboxes to Microsoft 365 in a Cut-over Migration. I have an existing Microsoft 365 tenant, but I'm not sure whether I require any additional services. My goal is to become familiar with the process of the migration so I can confidently complete it on my own. The ideal freelancer will have experience in mail migration flows to Microsoft 365, and be able to guide me along in the process.
