TIP openwifi API integration

Hello, im interested in adopting the TIP openwifi platform and the ecOpen cloud controller, there is some information tied to a github thread and my goal is to find quality hardware on the open market (openWRT compliant for example) that can adopt the TIP openwif model, I will be preparing for a 90 day demo of the controller shorlty and need some expertise in finding some hardware solutions compatible that can deep dive into the TIP openwifi architecture and help me understand how I can use this platform for indoor and outdoor wireless solutions while finding the most cost effective hardware for this emerging dis-aggregated technology.
