Smart Proxy for Geo Unblocking -- 2

Hi, I am looking for a smart proxy which can help me watch Indian tv shows/movies/sports etc.
VPN's are slow and don't help much, most of them are blocked.
I came across a Github project which attracted me, here is the link

If you can make a similar script (repository) for me with some changes, I will be using Linux servers from DigitalOcean/Amazon or Azure.
The changes i want is to use this proxy with Wild card (so it works with all websites), second need to add dynamic ip address (i have no-ip address ) as my ISP doesn't give me a static IP address (Cron job)
Third prevent this DNS server to a DNS amplification attack, a kind of a DDoS attack, configure rock hard iptables firewall rules.
Fourth full control of the script, I can make changes if needed or contact you to update the script.
