Small mail server configuration problem causing 554 error

Please see attached rejected mail header. For one customer we get "Message delivery to a customer failed an is returned with this a 554 MTA's poor reputation header "
I think this relates to the 127.0.0.0 from shows as the localhost IP address from our mail server as this looks wrong (see attached rejected mail header)?
Our reputation is neutral and our server name and IP address are not blacklisted.
