Setup NAS based on Unraid incl. applications

I am looking for someone who can set up a NAS including applications!
Unraid 7 is installed as the operating system!
The system is a Ryzen 5 2600X with 16 GB RAM.

A folder structure is to be created according to my specifications and some applications are to be set up.
I will take care of the final setup of the applications!
Only the installation as a Docker container is necessary.
This makes it easy for me to carry out updates afterwards.
It is very important that all applications have a GUI.

The operating system including applications and Docker should run on an M2 SSD.
Downloads should be saved on SSDs and then transferred to the installed HDDs. So that the HDDs only run when needed.

As things stand at present, no raid or HDD pools are necessary.
The HDDs are to be set up as individual data carriers, similar to HDDs under
