Setup Azure Active Directory - Domain joining PCs to domain

Hi All,
I have setup Azure active directory and a virtual machine acting ad a DC but i am having issue joining PC's to domain, can someone assist?
I have made sure DNS on my client machine matched the IP of the server
so project shall be done via Team Viewer.
