Set up SeedDms on WAMP and provide detailed configuration -- 2

This task is to set up a WAMP stack, configure Apache and have a woking configuration for following:

3 dns entries, each listens on port 80
test1.mydns.test
test2.mydns.test
test3.mydns.test
on http request automatically redirect to port 443 using https

all 3 dns redirect to separate directories ie:
d:\www\test1
d:\www\test2
d:\www\test3

test1 is seeddms, please change the path accordingly to get a working copy of seeddms

Deliverables:
working configuration of all the above 3 dns entries
apache listening on port 80 and 443
Documentation on generating self-signed cert for all 3 sites
working configuration of SeedDMS setup
working configuration of PHP environment (7.x)

I am not going to provide any access to PC - you need to configure it using your PC and then deliver the conf files with instructions where to place.
