Server configuration and fxing isues including SMTP outbound email issue 2012R2

this is a short task where we need someone who is expert in server 2012R2 to fix configuration issues, including SMTP outbound email issues. if expert manages to fix these issues, may take on the bigger project to build a new server from scratch do the migration.
