Server OS Change & Website Migration -- 2

I have a dedicated server currently running CentOS with WHM and cPanel. I need to change the operating system to the latest stable version of Ubuntu. This project involves:
- Manually taking backups of all my websites through cPanel
- Changing the server's OS to Ubuntu
- Transferring the current websites to the new OS
- Keeping the same WHM and cPanel setup on the new server
Ideal skills for this job include server management, proficiency in cPanel and WHM, Ubuntu OS installation and migration, and a good understanding of manual backups through cPanel. Experience with this type of project is a plus.
