Server Administration

I tried unsuccessfully to connect to localhost on my desktop server.
I then tried to update and upgrade Ubuntu 20.04 but got the attached two messages, image 1 and image 2.
Also, I’m unable to backup the files on the server, image 3.
If I connect my laptop to the server can you take remote control of my laptop and sort this mess out please.
