Review and Fix My K3s High Availability -- 2

I have already started setting up a K3s (lightweight Kubernetes) cluster on a set of Raspberry Pi devices with the intention of running it in high availability (HA) mode. The basic setup is in place, but I'm encountering issues or uncertainties around ensuring proper HA functionality, load balancing, and node communication.

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to review, fix, and optimize the existing setup, not to build it entirely from scratch.
