Recomendation for timesheet system for my business

I am looking for a freelancer that has had experience working with/and or implementing different timesheet systems for businesses. I have some specific requirements for the tool, and would like a report that identifies the best 5 tools on the market that will deliver exactly what I need, the pricing and cost, and pros and cons for each system.

This needs to be researched, and have someone look at the various free trials etc. to confirm with screenshots that the below is all possible (the essential catagory). From my own research of some of the common tools, there are often limits to how many catagories you can use, and limitations to having the task lists dynamic based on the client/team.

The report needs to be one page/slide on each product, addressing each of the requirements below, and then providing an overall recommendation.

Here are my requirements:

Essential requirements:
1. Allows time to be tracked with 4 fields that are populated by employees. Fields as follows
a. Client
b. Team (prepopulated based on the client selected)
c. Task (prepopulated based on the team that is selected)
d. Detail (free text)

2. Timesheet data can be exported to csv/xlsx format

3. Ability to include both pay rates, and chargeout rates with permission setting so that staff cannot see their charge out rates.

Preferable requirements, but not essential:

1. Integrated with quickbooks for ease of billing
2. Easy interface for employees
3. Timesheet reminders for entry and approvals
4. Ability to assign management heirachies to approve timesheet entries
