Real-time ServiceNow-Jira Integration

As an IT support team, we require an immediate and ongoing integration between ServiceNow and Jira platforms. To help solve our tickets more promptly, we need the following:
1. Synced Ticket Fields: Our team should be able to see identical fields on both service platforms to eliminate the friction of having to cross-verify data.
2. Bi-Directional Data Transfer: This feature is critical as it would enable seamless data transmission between both platforms. Whenever there's an update in either ServiceNow or Jira, it should reflect across both.
