1. I connected some external drives, saved files to them, shut down the machine and removed them.
2. I started the machine, but when it went to the sign-in with your Microsoft gmail account, the box was all gray.
3. I powered it down and up, and it said restarting for a long time.
4. I powered it down, waited a long time, powered it up and it still said restarting.
5. I powered it down, removed the power line, waited and inserted it back.
6. I powered it up and it worked.
