Plesk & Windows: Setting up email plus SSL/TLS

Using Plesk I want you to set up our email system and make the necessary entries/configs for the webserver as well.
I want someone who would guide me in making the necessary config steps. It will be a "live gig". The job will be considered as "finished" when emails can be sent and received and the webserver will show a welcome message.
