PXE over internet over ISO -- 2

We looking for someone who create us a service:
We have an iso
with that iso a computer with active internet connection (dhcp) can boot
and with the iso a connection to our server is generated
A menue will appear
We can choose which operating System (Debian, Ubuntu, Windows) whatever will be installed on the computer
We should get a guide how we can add isos or Images to the server so we can install any other operating system - but the Base ISO from which the client is booting should not be changed it should be everytime the same.
A computer can be a VM, a Server, or a physical Computer.
We expect from you
- Choose a solution
- install the solution
- test the solution
- do a complete documentation
- create a guide how we can add , change and replace ISOs or Images on Boooting server
IMPRTANT i only pay if pxe works with a fixed iso from any device with internet and i need the documentation.
And i want to have support for at least create 3 images by myself and boot them into a vm
