PFSense Firewall Configure - NO FRAUD PLZ

PFSense firewall config. firewall has 3 Interfaces, 1 public, 1 int, 1 service. on the email server in LAN int the email traffic should be nat translated too. webmail site should work.

maybe the email server is something wrong configured, need to be fixed
traffic between network int and service like file share.
you will do the job ONLY per teamviewer on my notebook. if you are trying to tell me you need a couple of days, you clearly doesnt know pfsense or firewalling. the job needs max 4 hours - on the end its nothing more than create 30 rules (round about)
