Optimize AWS for scaling and lower budget -- 2

I am looking for a skilled AWS expert to optimize my current AWS setup for scaling and lower budget.

Specific AWS services currently in use:
- EC2 , REDIS, RDS

Steps to complete for the Project:

1) Create a CICD pipeline for API Microservices, UI separately so we can deploy these as needed automatically with all needed testing checks e.t.c
2) Configure Redis Cache
3) Configure Message MQ
4) Configure Autoscale Load balancer
5) Create Serverless architecture for APIs and app and admin modules. Containarization and CICD pipeline.

Current traffic:
- High traffic

Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Strong knowledge and experience with AWS services, particularly EC2,REDIS, RDS, MQ
- Expertise in optimizing AWS for scaling and performance
- Ability to identify and resolve performance issues
- Experience in cost optimization to lower the budget
- Understanding of high-traffic scenarios and ability to handle them effectively
