IT Office Remote Set up
I am looking for assistance with software installation for my IT office remote set up. Estimated to start January 15th, for about 7 office employees. Will need the best remote monitoring software, install antivirus malware protection, computer health monitoring, software update patching for organizations. Ip address restriction, YouTube and social media blocks, ability to scan /fax from home. We currently have ring central and QB desktop all other platforms used are online.
Skills and experience needed:
- Proficiency in software installation and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of remote IT support
- Familiarity with network setup and hardware troubleshooting
I will also require ongoing IT support after the initial setup.
The set up completion does not have a strict deadline, so there is no rush. However, prompt and efficient service is appreciated.
