Network Engineer with System Admin Knowledge Needed

We are a hosting company that has a BGP network with multiple carriers. We provide VPS, Bare Metal, Webhosting, ect. I need someone with networking experience to help add IPs to our network occasionally and support customer tickets with system admin questions. MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH AND HAVE OCCASIONAL PHONE CALLS WITH MANAGEMENT.
