I am facing the same issue as the above mentioned.
But even I followed the above instruction the issue is not resolved.
I'm looking for a professional to provide troubleshooting and configuration changes for my NetScaler ADC. The project scope is specifically related to configuration issues. I require the contractor to make changes to the configuration as well as diagnose the current issue. Lastly, I need a comprehensive report documenting all the changes, analysis and recommendations made. The ideal candidate should possess substantial experience in troubleshooting Netscaler ADCs, as well as experience in xenapp storefront and delivery controller. Please reach out if you meet these requirements.
A netscaler will be provide to you and you feel free to modify and delete. It is not in production mode.
The netscaler version is 13.0.67.43 and the citrix virtual desktop and application is 1921LTSR CU1
You will have *72 hours* to finish this project. The time will be start to count after the login and site information is passed to you. Please don't waste the time, if you fail on it, the project will mark fail and i will rate 1 for you, no other excuse. I am very serious on this.
Attached video is the expected result. After the workspace app is detected, it will redirect to the app listing page.
