Need assistance with an app hosted on Digital Ocean (Rocket Chat)

Hi! I am using Rocket Chat (https://www.rocket.chat) that I have installed on Digital Ocean as a droplet. I need help with the following:

1. Update Rocket Chat's version to 6.2.6 (https://github.com/RocketChat/Rocket.Chat/releases/tag/6.2.6)

2. Configure SMTP settings in order to receive and send emails through Rocket Chat
