We have a Windows 2019 dedicated server running the Chinese messaging Line app. For some reason, the Line app sandbox cannot send mp4 video files. the Line App. When sending image or video files the progress stops at 0%. See screenshot => https://www.screencast.com/t/cdwzmnwdGri7
we believe it is server-related or possibly related to the sandbox app settings.
We will provide Admin RDP access to the selected provider.
