Need Experienced System/Network Admin Experienced with Virtualization/Bridged Networks (Virtualizor/Proxmox) -- 2

We are having some issues with our infrastructure and could use assistance. We have a bit of a tricky setup utilizing both virtualizor and proxmox and the issue we are having is that changes made via virtualizor or whmcs (such as IP address changes, root password changes, etc..) are not applying to the virtual machines (KVM Qemu). Also, we a new VPS is created, the assigned IP and password are not being set either. Everything was previously working and after some minor updates, it is not working. We purchased this VPS Hosting company only a few months ago so I am not 100% sure of exactly how the previous owner set everything up. I do know that bridges are also being used.

Need someone with lots of sys/net admin and virtualizor/proxmix experience to help get issues resolved.
