MacBook Internet Troubleshooting

I am experiencing intermittent internet connectivity issues with my MacBook. I suspect it might be related to recent changes I made to my network settings.
It works fine with a VPN turned on, but showing occasional DNS issues without. All other devices seem fine on my network, just my macbook.
