Linux Network Backup

I have a Samba server on my network and need to complete nightly backups to another linux server on my network. I would like to keep the file structure rather than an image for fast retrieval of individual files in case of a problem and since the backup server is headless, a web GUI for whatever backup package is selected would be very helpful.
