1. Domain based + VPS.
2. An smtp server that will provide the following services:
A. Email management system
B. Sending/receiving emails
c. Managing mailing lists
d. Uploading mailing lists
e. Sending unlimited daily emails
f. Manage an unlimited amount of contacts
3. The server will be used for massive sending of monthly emails,
this is 1-3 million daily sending.
4. 10/10 score in spam check (mail-tester.com)
5. Ip rotation
6. Load balancer
7. Bounce server
8. Feed back loop server
In addition,
the following sections of your proposal must be addressed,
otherwise the proposal will not receive a response:
1. Which VPS server is recommended, why?
2. What do I need to provide you besides the
VPS server and the domain (including access)?

5. As far as I know that usually the limit of the monthly/daily
amount of sending depends on the VPS server,
and it is difficult to reach the amounts I mentioned,
so what is the maximum I can send?

the first day in order not to be blocked or end up in spam,
however,
what is the recommended plan in order to get
