Implement security and Audit Gsuite for organisation

We have google workspace with 20 users and we want to Implment best Security process for Gsuite process and make sure employees are using Google products properly and not misusing it. I need experts to help you in finding any potential problems from employees, Not sharing sensitive data, track login activities in gmail chats, track google drive using, data transfer inside / outside domains, blocking any potential misuse.
