IIS Active Directory SSO to Apache Tomcat Website

We have an existing network where the java app is hosted inside weblogic server. This weblogic server will be replaced with Apache Tomcat. Currently the users get authenticated via AD SSO. IIS webserver is used to do this auth and redirection. We are looking for someone who has networking experience and can help us achieve this configuration. Please note that each service is running inside vpn, dmz, and on separate servers.
