Guidance on IT administration

I am looking for guidance with my IT administration. Specifically, I need assistance with server, and workbench administration. Whether I need a one-time consultation or ongoing support is still uncertain; however, I do need the guidance as soon as possible. I would appreciate qualified and experienced advice in meeting my IT administration needs (experience/knowledge about windows reference images and deployment is preferred).
