Google Workspace Spam Fix -- 2

Outgoing messages from my Google Workspace (Gsuite) domain are ending up in recipients’ spam folders even though I haven’t touched the settings for quite some time. I need a thorough review and correction of the current configuration so every email we send lands confidently in the inbox—not the junk pile.

You’ll have full admin-level access to the Google Admin console as well as DNS management for the domain. Please run a complete audit of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, reverse-DNS, and any other reputation signals that could be responsible, then implement the corrections. After changes propagate, send proof of successful delivery tests (screenshots or headers) showing that major providers like Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo now categorize our mail as legitimate.

Acceptance criteria
• SPF, DKIM, and DMARC all validated with “pass” results in header analysis
• Test emails from our primary account no longer marked as spam by at least Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo
• A brief handover note outlining what was changed and any future maintenance tips
