Golf Travel Reservations Management

I'm seeking a skilled and seasoned reservations officer to manage our golf travel services. The job involves overseeing online booking system functionalities and dealing with a variety of administrative tasks.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Excellent in GER and FRE
- Prior experience with golf travel services preferred
- Strong understanding of sales and booking systems
- Proven track record of effective customer communication
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain availability and updates on the admin system
- Process operations securely and efficiently
- Handle customer communication and reviews
- Oversee admin, bookings, and communication for our golf travel services
The role involves managing a variety of golf travel services, including golf course reservations, hotel bookings, and transportation arrangements. Fluency in GER and FRE is crucial, as many of our customers come from these regions. Experience in the golf travel industry is an advantage, but not mandatory. The most important skill is the ability to manage our online booking system effectively and provide excellent customer service. Of course specific results are in addition compensated.
