Fix our nginx Local server using anydesk -- 2

We are running GITLAB in our local system on Ubuntu with nginx server, for some reason its not working properly when we tried to install SSL certificate, We have Postive SSL for 5 years also you can install letsencrypt.

Fix gitlab site
Fix SSL
make the site working
Allow only one IP to access the server
