Fix minor issue on Cpanel

We are getting popup everytime we try to save file. Then we needed to reload page again to make changes again and then save. Same process is occurring everytime we make edit and it's creating issue for us.

The system failed to fetch the DCV (Domain Control Validation). Looks like SSL issue.

We are unable to open file manager from Control Panel.

Need help to fix this issue.
