Fix centos (kimsufi server) error

Need help to get Access to a CentOs VPS, you doesn't work anymore.
The website hosted on the server returns error 500, and the after logging to the centos panel we got a white page with mysql full space error.
We tried then to access the server with rescue mode, but when we revert back to normal boot, the website and the centos panel send "site can't be reached error".
