IT Engineer /Business Development Executive -- 2

We are looking for a full-time IT Support Engineer for our fast-growing company. The role provides an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Support / Systems Engineer to join our fantastic team.

Qualified candidates should have the following:
-Application management, including installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software/operating systems (Windows 7,10, Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019)
-Case handling, including change requests, complaints, and general inquiries
-Strong Analytical and Troubleshooting Skills
-Excellent knowledge of standard Antivirus, Backup Applications, storage
-Strong knowledge of Windows Servers and key server technologies such as Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, File Services, etc
-Experience in implementing and managing all Microsoft products, including Windows Server (up to 2019), Windows 10, Office, Microsoft 365, Exchange, AD, Group Policy Objects, etc
-Experience in implementing and managing virtualization technologies such as VMWare & Azure
-Experience in PowerShell and other scripting languages
-Maintaining Windows patch management and application deployment
-Experience in Networking, Firewalls, Switching & routing, and Wireless Access Points
-Excellent English communication skills with experience in client call handling
-IT background and relevant bachelor's degree preferred
-Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role.
-Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities
-Good knowledge of digital marketing and IT solutions
-Delivering a high level of customer service and communication.
-Performing technical support of servers, networks, and hardware
