Email System Configuration for Multiple Domains (Odoo 18 + Mailjet + OVH)

Project Description:
We are looking for a skilled freelancer to fully configure and troubleshoot email delivery across four websites hosted on Odoo 18, using Mailjet for sending and OVH for domain and mailbox management.
Despite valid DNS entries and successful SMTP tests, emails are not being sent properly from Odoo (order confirmations, contact forms, etc.). Your task will be to diagnose and solve the issue and ensure complete and reliable functionality across all domains.
Websites and Email Accounts Involved:
4 Odoo website and 3 Odoo companies in love
Technical Setup:
• Odoo 18 (hosted on Odoo.sh)
• Mailjet (SMTP + API for transactional and marketing emails)
• Domains managed on OVH (SPF, DKIM, DNS setup)
• Roundcube (OVH webmail) used for receiving and replying to messages
Scope of Work:
• Audit and correct DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) for all domains
• Ensure proper Mailjet integration in Odoo for all companies
• Test and confirm reliable email sending (transactional, newsletter, contact forms)
• Test email reception via OVH
• Provide a clear report/documentation of all actions taken
Requirements:
• Proven experience with Mailjet, Odoo, and OVH
• Strong understanding of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Ability to troubleshoot Odoo email queues and SMTP configuration
• Fluent English or French
• Availability for a prompt start
