Configure install OS on OVHCloud

Should be a pretty simple project for someone that knows OVHCloud. Install HarvesterHCI, from https://harvesterhci.io/ on a dedicated server we purchased.

* Read through the instructions on how to setup Harvester HCI
* Ensure the system works properly
