Configuration of a redundant and resilient web server for a very high traffic site

Our company is urgently looking for a truly competent person in the field of configuring scalable and redundant Cent OS-based (or Ubuntu based) web servers for a very high traffic website.
We need to improve the configuration of our main server to be able to handle the peak loads. Furthermore, we need a person who can set up redundant and resilient servers. We need to support a monthly traffic of 1,000,000 users per month, approximately 40,000 users per month, and 700+ users online at any time of the day.
ANYONE WITH NO REAL EXPERIENCE IN CONFIGURING A VERY HIGH TRAFFIC SERVER IS REQUESTED NOT TO APPLY TO THIS PROJECT!
We are only looking for people who really know what needs to be done.
