Budget 45$ - reconfigure a BareMetal from scratch -- 2

I am looking for a freelancer to help me reconfigure a BareMetal from scratch. This project is for personal use and I prefer to use Linux as the operating system. I have specific applications in mind that I would like to have installed on this BareMetal.

Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
- Strong knowledge and experience with Linux operating systems
- Expertise in configuring and setting up BareMetal servers
- Familiarity with the specific applications I have in mind (details will be provided to the selected freelancer)
- Ability to recommend and install additional applications or services based on my requirements and needs

Server details:
server runs plesk with multiple sites hosted
have 2 IPs with separated MAC

CPU AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
HDD 2x SSD M.2 NVMe 1 TB
RAM 2x RAM 32768 MB DDR4 ECC



Tasks:
1. perform complete backup
2. install fresh OS
3. Install ProxMox
4. Create 2 CT with 2 separate IP's
5. install backup on 1st CT - IP: .....225
6. verify and configure domains, mailserver and cloudflare DNS
7. install Ubuntu on 2nd CT - IP: ......208
