Admin VM with Aapanel and Postfix

Hello, I am the manager of a digital agency. We work on OVH servers on which we have installed VMs, sometimes with Aapanel (for old PHP5 sites or for Symfony sites), sometimes with Plesk (for Wordpress or Prestashop sites).
We have a VM which hosts 2 e-commerce sites on aapanel and which has a problem: Last Friday we integrated Sendinblue on 1 site to send emails related to orders. It works with Postfix. But the customer's credits (20,000 emails) were gone in 24 hours. And since no email leaves the site, even if it continues to function. This mission is urgent, it would be necessary to configure the server correctly for it to work again.
Moreover, it happens that I very regularly have requests of this type. I have a system admin that is usually competent but unfortunately not very available. I am looking for a partner to complete our skills system. Thank you
