Accessing virtual environment remotely

Dear,
we are working to develop user experience regard accessing remotely, we need your support to help us establish a virtual environment where it can be accessed remotely (similar to accessing company's network ).
we need to create two firewalls and DMZ zone.
as per the attached topology, we need the flow comes from router to first firewall and then goes to two directions 1 - DMZ zone with DMZ domain 2- to the second firewall which lead to the intranet (different brand than the first one).
we are currently working on a VMware platform.
our request is to help us achieve the following:
1- configure two different branded firewall (as per the attached topology)
2- as the users will be Active directory based, we need to define user in the firewall to access remotely through SSL VPN
3- configure SSL VPN to be accessed by a certain AD group (only group members will be allowed to access remotely)
4- add two factor authentication for any remote access session.
5- we need to provide the ability to allow user to reset their password by any secure means. there is different AD solutions can help us such as ADself-service
we are currently using a laptop having 16 GB -VMware platform.
we have created LAN segments that can be act as LAN-DMZ
