AWS Quickstart UiPATH Orchestrator, Robot & Studio help

I used AWS Quickstart to install UiPath Orchestrator into a new VPC in AWS. I am trying to install Robot into existing infrastructure, the same VPC, but getting a DeletionPolicy requirement message. Alternatively, when I try installing Robot into new infrastructure, it is successful but my stack fails because a cfn signal failure. Received FAILURE signal with UniqueId i-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
