Quick and Extensive Help for bulding a Logistics Platform based on PHP Symfony

I‘m a Web-Developer based in Siwtzerland and a need quick and extensive help for implementing different components of a newly created, specialized Logistics Platform.
The platform will be based on PHP Symfony, JQuery/JS (Webpack Encore), Bootstrap, and more. Furthermore, a Mobile App (based on React Native) needs to be created, that communicates with the Web-Server and is made available via the AppStores.
The collaboration can be temporary, for specific components only (e.g. Mobile App) or on a longterm basis and on all aspects of the Platform. Further Features and Projects are in the pipeline.
Please let me know, which of the mentioned Skills you can cover and how much capacity you can make available in the weeks and months ahead.
