Dreamstime API integration into VUE.JS app -- 2

Need a professional who can work with PHP symphony framework and knows VUE.js as well

we also want to offer on demand printing for stock images, we have made deal with dreamstime and we have API credentials for their api
1 - we would like to intergrade it and make it functional.
so in the main menu under art gallery we would serve image search and some popular categories
2 - when customer search for and image (example: morain lake) api will return images of morain lake from dreamstime and will present it to the customer
3 - once customer makes selection and wants to order we can use thumbnails from dreamstime and use our current order form and add 20$ flat on top of each price for licensing
