2d sketch into 3D mesh using swift

I really need assistance with coding this, basically it’s a drawing app but it has the option of transforming into 3D mesh using swift programming language. Also I have a reference for a code like this but it’s programmed in c++ and it’s a webapp instead I want it in swift programming language and an iOS app
