macos screen recording video+audio(audio-input and audio-output)

Hi I’m trying to make a basic macOS app that allows to record screen.
But I’m trying to make it record with video and audio. (audio also output).
The main problem is that most recording function i saw gave the audio input only not the audio output to be captured
Would it be impossible for you to help in this?
