fixing the alignment issue in swiftUI

I am looking for someone who can help me to fix the ui issue in swiftui UI. The issue is that when the user name is too long or short, the position of the user nam text is closer or far away from the user avatar. I would like to have the user name always displays above the user avatar about 30 pixel. It doesn't matter the dynamic user name length, it always displays above the avatar 30 pixel. Please see the attachment and the issue on the right side of the image.
