fixing bugs and add features to IOS app

we have an IOS Shopping app, we need some bugs and features added to it

1- fix apple and facebook login issue ( we already have both but with minor bugs)
2- add account delete to app and apple id revoke ( for deletion)
3- fix home page images loading ( sometimes wont load all images)
4- update home page design ( more modern - i'll give u an example )
5- fix banners in home page issue (small bug i give u more details)
6- add barcode reader for search (we already have AI camera search but we want to change it)
7- add universal link to the app for products
8- add a map pin selector for address ( we already selected the address automatically but user cant change it)

i can give you or git to check the app

the conditions are as following
developer should fix the first and second in the task in 3 days, and the rest of tasks not more than 2 weeks
we will release 20% of payment with first 2 tasks and updating the Git
and the rest in the end of finishing the all tasks.
